The Duality of Ms. Jenkins
Mama! I have a surprise for you,
Can you guess what it is
I shall give you a hint mama
Its shiny and round, but its not a diamond
It has purple leaves for hair and funny poky lips
On its back you’ll find red stripes with chamomile
And I suspect when thrown in water it would melt into the sea
I saw on my last birthday
One day I indeed saw it rolling down the street
Instead of floating like most people,
Until it fell into the some and you know what mama?
It started to laugh.
Sometimes I wonder where it came from to be such a strange and fun creature but I hope these were enough hints for you. Can you guess what it is now?
What?! But momma its real I swear,
I saw it outside yesterday playing in the garden, talking the mice and fig branches I know he’s real I talked to him myself.
The Mackenzie’s are crying out for water right now its so hot outside from this cloudy rainy day, you see whenever it gets wet they believe its desert hot.
Please! Go and see for yourself he’s chatting with them over the hedges right now.
